Pah Tempe Mineral Hot Springs Legal Fund

We greatly appreciate the support you have shown in the continuing saga of David(Pah Tempe) vs. Goliath(Washington County Water Conservancy District{the DISTRICT}).

Unfortunately, the DISTRICT has access to unlimited tax payers money to use for legal purposes, against this taxpayer. Pah Tempe has limited financial resources(much less now that the resort is closed following the rupture of the Hot Springs by the DISTRICT).

Your moral support has inspired David(Ken Anderson) to make his sling, now he needs your financial support to buy the stones(lawyers).

Any financial support you can offer to help equalize the playing field would be greatly appreciated. It will also benefit all in the long run through the restoration of these sacred healing waters to their

pre-Washington County Water Conservancy District pristine natural state!
